Common questions

Where is my data? On your phone. Your name, birthday, journal and readings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. See the privacy policy.

How do I start over? Open the Metab and tap “Start over.” This clears what Sussa stored on your device.

How accurate are the planets? Positions are calculated on your phone from orbital data and are accurate to about a degree. Your Rising sign is only exact if your birth time is exact.

Daily reminder or widget not showing?Allow notifications for Sussa in your phone settings, and add the Sussa widget from your home screen's widget list after opening the app once.
